Fully automated WEEE shredding and processing line, engineered for efficient recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, glass, and electronic components. The continuous, high-performance process minimizes manual handling and optimizes energy use, producing uniform, high-purity output materials. The line is capable of handling all major categories of electrical and electronic waste—from large and small household appliances to IT equipment, power tools, consumer electronics, lighting, medical devices, and vending machines—offering modular configurations that can be tailored to specific production needs.
Stokkermill eddy current separators deliver efficient recovery of non-ferrous metals from WEEE. Integrated into WEEE processing lines, these systems crush, separate, and recover both ferrous and non-ferrous fractions, ensuring high-purity output materials.
Multiple density tables are deployed downstream of refining lines to separate mixed materials smaller than 5 mm. Custom-engineered, they provide precise separation through adjustable vibration and inclination, performing effectively across a variety of material types.
X-ray sorting machines analyze and separate materials based on atomic density and composition. Incoming materials—such as plastics or metals—are exposed to X-rays, which interact differently with each substance. Sensors detect the X-ray intensity, and software automatically distinguishes “recoverable” materials from waste. Key applications include recycling, food processing, and mining. Benefits include high precision, reliable detection even on contaminated materials, and fast operational speed.
The GS Series delivers high-purity separation—up to 99.9%—through adjustable vibration, airflow, and inclination. The system features self-learning capabilities to optimize settings automatically. It is robust, fully customizable, and easily integrated into industrial recycling plants.
