PCB Boards recycling
PCB Boards recycling, impact mills for electrical cards, electronic cards, printed circuit boards and motherboards
Stokkermill has developed a series of impact mills (PCB Compact) and recycling lines (PCB LINE) that are easy to operate and maintain, designed for recycling electrical cards, electronic boards, printed circuit boards, and motherboards (PCBs – Printed Circuit Boards).
Stokkermill PCB recycling systems use granulation and separation processes to maximize the recovery of metals—including high-value metals—while separating them from inert materials. The precise design of these machines minimizes the loss of precious metals, making PCB recycling profitable and attractive even for small to mid-sized operators.
E Sorting electrostatic separation systems, downstream of PCB, PCB Line recycling machines, allow to recover even the finest fractions of precious materials present in the process:
- small ferrous components
- metals (copper, aluminum, tin, etc.), precious metals
- plastic fraction
Stokkermill proposes three models of compact systems – Compact Line PCBs – with capacities up to 500 kg/h, and realizes dedicated lines on customer request for higher productions.
