The Stokkermill TURBO series wire copper granulators are equipped with a downstream cell refiner after the blade grinding mill and are available in three models with capacities from approximately 375 to 882 lbs/h. The TURBO cell refiner enables processing of small-diameter cables—including telephone, data, and capillary cables—without the need to change the processing screen or perform costly manual separation.
Built for durability and reliability, these granulators can handle copper, aluminum, and copper-aluminum radiators using robust grinding mills with 3 or 5 rotating blades. All grinding mills in the TURBO series are machined from a single steel block without welded parts.
Powerful motors allow the granulators to overcome unexpected loads, ensuring smooth operation with extremely low energy consumption. Thanks to generously sized process components, transport pipes, and material dosing cyclones, TURBO granulators do not require forced cooling systems.
TURBO wire cable granulators can be connected to PS or CRS series pre-shredders via an NST series conveyor to create a complete recycling line.
