Double-Shaft Waste Shredder – D-Series
Stokkermill’s D-series high-efficiency twin-shaft shredders are ideal for processing food waste, organic waste, biomass, wood, and other materials involved in energy transition processes. These two-shaft shredders are designed for volumetric reduction of general waste, food industry waste, packaging waste, wood waste, biomass, and any application that requires shredding of significant amounts of light to medium-weight bulky materials.

The D-series electric twin-shaft shredders come in four models with power ratings from 7.4 hp to 49.6 hp (5.5–37 kW), featuring gearbox and mechanical transmission. Rotor lengths for the D60 model range from 19.7 in to 39.4 in (500–1000 mm). Custom larger rotors can be produced upon request. Loading hoppers and supports can be designed to meet specific end-user requirements.

The two-shaft shredders include an external control panel with Schneider Electric components and a PLC to manage operating parameters, as well as rotor stop and reverse functions in case of accidental overloading. High-quality construction using EU or U.S. electric motors, SKF bearings, and Schneider electronics ensures durability and efficiency even under demanding working conditions.
