The VB series circular vibrating sieve separators are designed to improve product quality and uniformity in recovery, recycling, and separation processes. These separators are capable of sieving, classifying, de-dusting, and filtering a wide range of materials.

VB circular vibrating separators are simple and quick to adjust: the type of vibration can be easily modified, and using an inverter allows fast changes to vibration speed to optimize material flow. Maintenance and cleaning requirements are minimal, and screen replacement—available in various sizes to suit the material being processed—is fast and easy.

Each VB separator can be configured with 1 to 4 separation stages, producing 2 to 5 product fractions. Standard VB circular vibrating separators are available in diameters from 23,6–70,9 in with larger custom sizes available upon request.
