Stainless Steel High-Density Magnetic Sorters are used for automatic separation of magnetic and paramagnetic materials from fine and granular products. The machine’s integrated magnetic pulley generates a high-intensity magnetic field (11,000–15,000 Gauss), adjustable according to the grain size of the material being processed.

The conveyor belt unit is fed via vibrating tables to ensure a uniform, controlled layer of material. The frame design simplifies belt replacement, while the compact structure allows easy installation as a standalone unit in existing plants.
