Single-Shaft Hydraulic Shredder – CSR Hydro Series
The single-shaft hydraulic shredder from the Stokkermill CSR Hydro range is an excellent solution for primary reduction and refinement of industrial waste, electronic scrap, electric cables, bulky waste, ferrous scrap, and light metal scrap. The CSR-H hydraulic pre-shredder is especially recommended for hard and heterogeneous materials that may contain small amounts of light ferrous parts.
Thanks to its hydraulic transmission and low rotation speed, the pre-shredder prevents strong impacts that could damage the cutting plates. Rotor speed automatically adjusts according to the shear force, stopping completely if necessary and even reversing when needed. This highly efficient system provides a safety margin during material loading, protecting the rotor, cutting plates, and overall structure.
