The D-150 and D-200 metal shredders with hydraulic drives are designed for the primary reduction of ferrous scrap and metal waste. These machines are extremely robust, versatile, and high-performing, featuring low-speed rotation that delivers exceptional torque and ensures high cutting capacity, even with particularly tough materials.
The rotary shear blades are segmented, allowing easy, fast, and cost-effective sharpening or replacement. This design eliminates the need to disassemble the rotors, significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.

The D-150 and D-200 shredders are built with high-quality European components: Linde hydraulic systems, Reggiana Riduttori gearboxes, SKF bearings, and Schneider Electric/Telemecanique electromechanical and automation systems.
These industrial metal scrap shredders are controlled via an integrated PLC and come with remote control and remote assistance capabilities. The double-shaft shredders are available in two standard rotor sizes: 1,500 mm and 2,000 mm.
