The MFS series fast industrial shredders are highly versatile machines that allow precise control of output material size through the use of a sorting screen; they can also operate without a screen for roughing operations.

The MFS industrial fast shredder can be used both as a primary shredder for initial material reduction (reinforced copper and aluminum cables with ferrous parts, vehicle tires, electrical and electronic scrap, vehicle components, etc.) or for further refining of pre-processed materials (crushed waste, ASR – automotive shredder residue, Zurik, Zorba) intended for recycling and recovery.

Thanks to a properly sized flywheel, the transmission delivers high torque and cutting power even for the most stubborn materials. The cutting chamber is easily accessible via the hydraulic opening system—both for the loading hopper and the screen support—allowing quick blade adjustment and maintenance.

The integrated safety system protects the rotor from damage in case of overload. Robust construction, substantial machine weight, and the use of high-quality materials ensure reliability, ease of operation, and low operating and maintenance costs.
